The equipment is there to support all functional movement workouts. Functional movements are natural, effective, and efficient locomotors of body and external objects.

Golden Mile CrossFit is ideally located near Milla de Oro, Hato Rey, in front of the Choliseo of Puerto Rico with easy access by car and general transportation like Train Urbano and Uber.

PROGRAMS

 

Our program is based on the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that consists of training constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity relative to our psychological and physiological tolerance. It incorporates various elements from different sports and disciplines. It typically involves a combination of modalities such as metabolic conditioning, weightlifting, gymnastics and more. CrossFit aims to improve overall physical fitness and health. The workouts are designed to be scaled for all individuals of any fitness levels.


Daily workout

Consist of one hour long classes which generally includes a warm up followed by strength or skill workout and then a Metcon and finish with stretch exercises. You can expect for the daily workout to include any combination of movements from gymnastics, to core conditioning, to Olympic and power lifting, to cardio and calisthenics. All our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
